Sandra Kopp, MD founded Nova Dermatology with a simple vision – to provide high-quality compassionate dermatologic care for the whole family. Dr. Kopp is an experienced board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology for all ages and skin types. At Nova Dermatology, we understand how distressing skin changes can be and strive to tailor each treatment regimen to fit the unique dermatological needs of the patient. We have a focus on prevention and education and believe that patients should play an active role in their medical care. Dr. Kopp’s approach to cosmetic dermatology is multifaceted – targeting the many aspects of aging (discolorations, texture change, volume loss/elasticity| to enhance, not change, ones’ natural beauty.
Dr. Kopp earned her B.S/M.S. in Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Lehigh University. Upon graduation she entered UMDNJ-RWJ Medical School where she was inducted into the elite Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. After her internship at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Manhattan, she completed her Dermatology Residency at UMDNI-RWJMS in Camden, NJ, serving as chief resident in her final year. She then returned to New York City and was Assistant Clinical Professor at M Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Kopp has authored numerous journal articles and book chapters for the leading dermatology reference books and has been referenced in popular magazines such as Allure and New Beauty. She’s been recognized as one of the top doctors in the tristate area by Super Doctors, Castle Connolly, South Jersey Magazine and Jersey’s Best over the last decade. She is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association, and the International Society of Dermatology. In addition, Dr. Kopp is on staff at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. Though an avid Philadelphia sports fan, and against her family’s wishes, she acted as a consulting dermatologist for the New York Rangers.
Dr. Kopp has a unique interest in global health, specifically international dermatology, infectious disease and telemedicine. She has worked in Africa, Europe, and Central and South America. She received the American Academy of Dermatology International Resident’s Grant to practice dermatology in Botswana and was fortunate to be accepted into the prestigious Gorgas Course in Lima, Peru. After graduation she was chosen to participate in the “Passion to Heal” Initiative with a team of leading dermatologists in Narok, Kenya.
After many years of experience in Manhattan, Dr Kopp has returned to her native South Jersey and is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the area.
Board-Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Rachel Klein is a board-certified dermatologist. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in biology. She then received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, followed by an internship in internal medicine at Lankenau Medical Center. She then returned to the University of Pennsylvania to complete her general dermatology residency, which included pediatric dermatology training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Klein has a strong interest in complex medical dermatology. During medical school, she completed a clinical research fellowship in the field of autoimmune connective tissue diseases, such as lupus and dermatomyositis. In addition, she is fellowship-trained in the field of cutaneous oncology, with a particular focus on melanoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. She has published a number of articles in leading dermatology journals and textbooks. In addition, she has presented at both regional and national meetings in the fields of dermatology and rheumatology. She enjoys working with children and has volunteered her time at local schools to teach children about sun safety.
Dr. Klein is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Giuseppe Militello, MD is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and obtained his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He stayed on to complete his internship and dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, as well. After his residency, he completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at Johns Hopkins University. He is board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Contact Dermatitis Society, and the American Society of Dermatopathology.
Dr. Militello believes that patients with skin disorders deserve comprehensive, unique evaluations. His mission is to provide the most up-to-date, evidence-based care for his patients in a compassionate and caring manner. Dr. Militello is devoted to ensuring the longevity of his patients’ health and developing long-lasting relationships with them. He is fluent in Italian and enjoys cycling and cooking. Dr. Militello is offering treatment for patients 12 years and older.
Licensed Esthetician
Erin brings over 20 years of medical aesthetic experience to our practice as a licensed aesthetician and certified medical assistant. She began her career in Florida as a Clinical Instructor for Advanced Skincare at The College of Natural Health. Upon moving to New Jersey she has worked exclusively alongside expert cosmetic physicians, both plastic surgeons and dermatologists, treating patients with a myriad of conditions such as acne, sun damage, pigmentation, and scarring.
She is an expert in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, customized facials and skin care product selection to meet each patient’s specific needs. Erin strives to build strong relationships with patients, using her medical and cosmetic knowledge to help them achieve flawless, healthy skin.
